With the green surrounded by a natural amphitheater and the clubhouse in the background, this hole makes for a great finish. A 3-wood or long iron is the play off this tee. Aim for the left
greenside bunker and let the wind move the tee shot to the middle of the fairway. Three fairway bunkers were added: one is short right off the tee on the sloping terrain, the second is further down the rough on the left side and the third rests on the right side, just in front of the right greenside bunker. The leaning Monterey pine, right of the approach, has been replaced with a new one in the same location. A short iron to the smallest green on the course best be kept below the hole for an uphill putt.
